Antique Victorian White Cotton Crochet Petticoat

Beautiful white cotton Victorian/Edwardian petticoat. Loose Crochet scalloped edge hem with pintuck ruffles in a two layers. Drawstring waist so its really a flexible, comfortable fit. Would make a great boho skirt

Excellent, vintage condition. Especially for it's age. A couple of very small dark marks was all I could really find.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Remember this is a drawstring waist so this is an estimate.
Waist; 28"
Hip: loose but at the top of the first "flounce" ( bottom of the drawstring opening)it came to 38"
Waist to bottom hem: 31"
