Vintage 1960s Full Length Party Dress, Red and White Polkadots

Charming full length party dress from the 1960s. The under layer is a white cotton or cotton blend, and over that is a layer of a sheer nylon scattered with tiny reed dots. Shawl collar over the shoulders, v neck and extra wide ruffled hem. Metal zipper up the back. I love the perfect placement of the red rose applique at the décolletage. No label.

Excellent vintage condition. No holes, or tears. There are a few dark spots on the back of the skirt on the white underlayer. They are not very noticeable due to the fullness of the skirt and the busy dot pattern of the overlayer. They might bleach out, I haven't tried.

Measurements when lying flat. Double at bust, waist and hip.
Shoulder to shoulder: 14"
Armpit to armpit across bust: 35"
Empire Waist ( just under bust) : 27"
True Waist: 31"
Hips: 40"
Shoulder to empire waist: 12"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 56"
