Antique Victorian Seamed Stockings Black Cotton

Charming black thigh high socks or stockings. Victorian or Edwardian.  They look and feel like cotton to me.  They have a seam up the back.
The foot measures about 9" from tip of toe to back of heel when laid flat. The whole thing is about 30" long from toe to top of thigh.  They have a bit of stretch but not as much  as you'd be used to with contemporary versions.

Great to good vintage condition. Especially considering their age. The toes have some old darns and repairs. So there are no holes currently on the toes but you can see where there were some. And one of them has a pea sized hole to the band at the top of the thigh.  That same one has a quarter sized hole along the leg which tbh I didn't see until after I photographed this. Perhaps one could put a small patch there. Still extremely wearable regardless and so fun! Priced accordingly and as is.
