Vintage 1930s Rare NRA Ladies Hand Bag Code Authority Black Clutch Bag Wiith Wrist Strap

Lovely black handbag from the early 30s.  There is an antiqued gold tone clasp at the top with a pretty stone in it that makes me think of Moonstone Interior is black faille. IT has the one big compartment and then a smaller one as well.  There is no designer label but there is the NRA eagle label with Manufactured Under Ladies Hand Bag Code Authority. The NRA only existed from 1933 too 1935 after the depression, making this bag truly a rare find.
Approx 7.5" wide at its widest and 4.5" tall.
Excellent vintage condition.  There are some scuffs to the exterior and one or two to the interior, but nothing major. The worst is a small area on the outside where its been rubbed rather threadbare, see photo. Clasp is nicely aged.
