Vintage 1950s Red Calico Floral Dress

This country print shirtwaist dress from the 1950s or so conjures up all the simple life magic. Think summer wildflower fields, woven straw baskets, sunhats and farmers markets.  I've had it both with a narrow crinoline and without and I think its equally pretty either way. Would not work with a very full crinoline though. Short sleeves, sweet white lace trim set just off center down the button placket, small white buttons and that charming red calico floral print! No label. I've shown it with some lace as a belt, lace is not included.

Excellent vintage condition. Near mint.

Armpit to armpit across bust: 39"
Waist: 33"
Hips: full
Shoulder to natural waist: 15.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 41"
