Vintage 1910s Armistice Blouse In Plaid Linen With Sailor Collar

Very special blouse circa 1910s. I would call this an Armistice blouse even though it's not the typical white or ivory color. It does have the darling sailor collar, and the front panel, and is a light linen.  One side of the collar has a hook and eye to make it easier to get into, and the front panel has snaps all down one side. There are side slits. Both sleeve cuffs have snaps and check those out in the photos becasue there is the typical one at the end and then another further up that nips the cuffs in quite narrow ( though one sleeve is missing this).  Across the back the bottom hem is unfinished. I suspect there was some pretty trim there that has been removed, becasue it doesnt look like it was ever turned up. No labels or tags. Probably a small.  

Excellent vintage condition. For its age its near mint.. One sleeve is missing a snap. The only other thing to note is the unfinished hem at the back. 

Measurements taken laid flat: Doubled at bust, and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 35" 
Waist: 35" I measured across the bottom of that front panel, but this is somewhat flexible due to the side snaps and the slits on either side. 
Shoulder to bottom--front panel: approx 12" .  Shoulder to bottom--side panels: approx. 15.5"
