Vintage 1950s Gray Floral Sun Dress

Utterly charming vintage dress from the early 1950s. Be sure to check out the sleeves. The little bows that create a keyhole effect, so cute. And the smocking at the waist! Side metal zipper. medium sized I'd say. No label.
Excellent vintage condition. The only real thing to note is a pinhead sized hole in the front that looks like perhaps a cinder or match fell on it. A belt would cover it or if you don't want to cover the smocking there a flower or brooch would be pretty. Otherwise, it seems there may be some mild color fade.
Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip
Armpit to armpit across bust: dolman sleeve so about 38"
Waist: 28"
Hips: free
Shoulder to waist: 15"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
