Vintage 1970s Or Earlier Silver Cloisonne Ring

Lovely cloisonné ring circa 1970s, perhaps earlier. Features a beautiful cobalt blue background with a floral design in white and rust with teal accents on the sides. Adjustable band. I will admit this ring puzzles me a bit. Its marked Silver under the band but its a gold color. I am not sure if its plated or what the deal is here. I am not pricing it as sterling since I dont know for sure that it is.

Excellent vintage condition. A mild scratch to the enamel on one side, barely noticeable, and some wear to the gold finish is about it.
