Outer layer is a woven white material and inner layer is a gold twill or similar. Pulls over the head and has a hidden inner back metal zipper and then snaps over that. This is made for a large man, and is quite heavy, shipping will reflect that. Has one tag that I've found that says Parsons-Meares Ltd ( which is a costume house in NY started in the 80s. Under that is a 2nd tag with Mr. Keil's name. This comes from an enormous collection of Old Hollywood Movie Costumes I was lucky enough to stumble across. Many of these were made much earlier, and I have found dates written on tags within from as early as the 1940s, though I believe some are even earlier.
