Charming black and white paisley print dress. 1970s does 1950s shirtwaist style.  Pointed collar, short sleeves, pleated skirt. No label. Probably about a small, I'd say. Looks and feels like a light weight semi sheer cotton to me.
Excellent, near mint, vintage condition.
Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist, bust and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 38"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 40"
Shoulder to waist: 15.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 39"
