Vintage 1940s Lace Dickie

Gorgeous dickie circa the 40s. The front feels like a super sheer linen trimmed in charming crochet lace trim. The back is a soft tulle with the same trim. That beautiful jabot! Be sure to check out the large faux pearl at the center! Has one snap the back of the neck with a keyhole opening below, then ties at either side of the waist.  Label says: Jami. One size fits most I'd say. Its white but has grayed over time. 

Excellent to great vintage condition.  Structurally this is sound as can be. There are some smudges and discolorations and as mentioned it has grayed. I suspect most of this may come out, but I was too chicken to try as I'd just killed a tulle dress from the same era. Perhaps you will be braver than I! 

Measurements taken  laid flat: Doubled at bust, and waist.
One size fits most with the ties.  
Armpit to armpit across bust: 39" 
Shoulder to bottom: approx. 19" in front. 16" in back.
