Vintage 1970s White Lace Blouse With Short Sleeves

Winter white/ pale ivory lace button down blouse circa 1970s. Short sleeves, pointed collar. No label. Probably about a medium. Feels like a nylon lace, perhaps.

Excellent vintage condition. The only thing I've spotted is that the buttonholes could do with some tightening up.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44"
Waist: 44"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23.5"
