Vintage 1940s Cookbook, Searchlight Recipe Book

Wonderful vintage cookbook from the 1940s. "The Household Searchlight Recipe Book" edited by Ida Migliario, Harriet Allard, Zorada Titus and Irene Nunemaker and published by The Household Magazine. The original text was published in 1931, and this edition in 1942. INside I found one handwritten recipe on a piece of paper, I have left it toa dd to your recipes. Its for Christmas Cookies. :) It measures about 7" x 10.5". Generally its still in good vintage condition. There are your standard dings and marks to the cover that are common with older books The actual recipe pages seem to be still very much intact though slightly yellowed with age. This is a charming addition to any cook's library! Please note this book is heavy and will be shipping in a flat rate padded envelope. Shipping reflects this.
