Vintage 1960s White Babydoll Nightie with Lace Trim

Pretty babydoll nightgown from the 1960s. Clean white sheer nylon over an opaque white nylon under layer. The bodice is ruffled lace with a keyhole neckline and one small button at the top. A Peter Pan collar tops off all the cuteness. There is no designer tag but there is one that says" Nylon". I'd say this would fit a medium to smaller large but do see measurements below.
Excellent vintage condition. Some of the lace has pulled in a few spots, some stitches here and there would shore that up, see photos for an example. Otherwise there's a few catches in the nylon, but no holes or tears.

Measurements taken with dress laid flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hips.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44" up to about 52"
Waist: L:oose
Hip: Loose
Shoulder to bottom hem: 40"
