Anthropologie Womens Blouse with a Bow, Size Medium

Gorgeous blouse in a deep rust orange with a pattern in blue and gray or circles and triangles. There are no tags whatsoever but it really looks like something Anthropologie would have. This is semi sheer, has gorgeous bishops sleeves and a kitty bow at the neck. There is elastic at the waist with a peplum below.
There is no size or contents tags but it feels like a rayon or similar and please see measurements below for sizing though I'd guess its about a medium.
Excellent preowned condition. No issues to note.

Armpit to armpit across bust all round is: 39"
Waist all round is 23" at rest up to about 40" stretched
Length shoulder to bottom hem is about 20.5"
