Gorgeous antique crochet covered buttons in ivory. Without taking them apart my best guess is these are on a mesh base over wood. I can see the mesh under the crochet, but not through it to the material under, but when I tap it on a hard surface its a dull thudding sound like wood would be. I believe these are Victorian or Edwardian. They are all the same size, just about an inch. There are 9 buttons in all. They are all in excellent condition, just some mild foxing.
