J Crew Womens Dress, Pink Cotton with Ruffled Bodice

Charming pink empire waist dress by J. Crew. Unique ruffled bodice front, smocked back and adjustable spaghetti straps. Looks and feels like cotton to me but the contents and size tag has been cut out. Label says J Crew. Fully lined.
I'd guess about a medium size but do see measurements below.

Excellent preowned condition. No issues worth noting.

armpit to armpit across bust all around: 34" at rest to 38" stretched
Waist ( Empire just under bust): 32" to 36"
length shoulder to bottom hem: adjustable but max 35"
