Vintage 1930s 1940s Apothecary Bottle of Castor Oil

The Black Velvet Emporium

1 Available

Absolutely wonderful bottle of Castor Oil from Norwalk Pharmacy, in Norwalk Iowa, circa the 1930s or 1940s. Bears the original labels for it's previous contents. They have faded and yellowed over the years but with a magnifying glass one can still barely make out most of it. Clear glass art deco style bottle with black plastic lid. The bottle stands just over 3.5" tall including lid, about 1.75" wide and 1" deep. Still retains about 1/4 of the original contents, though of course I'd not recommend using it.

Excellent vintage condition. Apart from the fading and yellowing of the label there's really not anything worth noting.

Please note: This is a vintage, preworn and/or preloved item, and as such is one of a kind and not eligible for returns or refunds. I do my utmost best to list any issues, but signs of wear should be expected, and there are occasionally small things I won't deem worthy of note. Please feel free to send me a missive with any questions. I'm truly happy to help in any way possible and I'm always up for a chat. Any accessories shown, including crinolines, are for display only, not included unless otherwise stated.
