Absolutely stunning example of a feedsack quilt, circa the 1930s or 1940s. The front is a patchwork of various feedsack and novelty fabrics in mostly red and black against the creamy background. The back is the plain feedsack fabric but the name of the feed company - Globe - can still be seen here and there. . Approx Full bed size at 70" wide by 78" long. Excellent to great vintage condition depending on what you're looking at. The feedsack back is sound though yellowed. The patchwork front has many places of wear to the various little squares of fabric ( See photos for examples. ) but equally as many without. The batting inside and the backing has kept it stable and very useable still. I would just treat it with respect due its age.
Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items. I do my best to list any issues, but signs of wear should be expected. Please feel free to convo me with any questions.
