Vintage 1930s 1940s Women's Hat With Soutache And Chiffon

Darling hat circa 1930s or 40s. Ivory mesh form with pleated chiffon over the top and then soutache lace wrapped round the sides. There is a black velvet ribbon peaking from underneath the soutache all round the brim and then a black velvet ribbon bow at the back of the head outside the soutache. Label reads: "The French Shoppe Millinery, 5506 Hollywood Blvd". Hat is structured on a mesh form. Measures 21" round the inside. Semi slouchy style.

Excellent vintage condition. The lace is sound, as is the form.
