Vintage 1940s Belt With Fabric Covered Buckle
Sweet little fabric belt from the 40s. Looks and feels like rayon over a stiffer back. Sweet purple and green floral pattern with white on black. Matching fabric covered belt buckle that feels like it may be celluloid or something similar. Back is solid black. Imminently adjustable because there are no holes for the buckle. It goes through the buckle then snaps in place. Measures 40" from the hole in the buckle to the other end so nice long length. And you can move the snap if you need to make it fit smaller. The snap right now is placed at 36" length. No label.
Good to great vintage condition. Structurally this is in great shape, as in it wont break or tear when you wear it and fall off you. However, there is some deterioration to the fabric, specifically over the buckle. There is some general color fade and a few small mild smudges. The backing has the worst of it, as its quite worn and cracked. Still very wearable and would be so cute over a solid color dress or skirt. Priced accordingly.
