Vintage 1940s Green Damask Fit and Flare Party Dress

Fantastic vintage late 40s early 50s New Look party dress in a green damask with gold flowers. She's too small for any of my dress forms so I've pinned it to Sophia ( one of my forms) here. Tank style sleeve, pleated diamond shape neckline and low back. Full skirt though not quite a full circle, metal zipper down the side. Extra small. There is no label.

Excellent vintage condition. Near mint. No holes, tears or stains. I haven't found a thing wrong with her worth noting. She could maybe do with a pressing to really accentuate that cool neckline detail.

Measurements taken with dress laid flat. Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 31"
Waist: 22.5"
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist: 13.75"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 36.5"
