Vintage 1940s Ilene Brown Rayon Top with Beaded Collar

Charming brown rayon blouse from the 1940s. Gorgeous copper colored beading on the collar. Buttons up the back with hidden fabric covered buttons one snap at the very top. Shoulder pads and short sleeves, darts front and back for shape. Label reads: Ilene Blouse Originators, New York. I'm going to say its in the medium/large  size range. This has an unfinished hem. From looking at it, my best guess is that the hem was undone at one point and left out, perhaps for additional length.

Excellent  vintage condition. The only real issue to note is some general color fade and what looks like a very mild watermark on one shoulder.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist.
Shoulder to shoulder: 15.5"
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 35" where the darts are.
Shoulder to bottom hem: 20.5"
