Beautiful pink robe from the 1940s. Quilted, looks and feels like rayon with a pretty embroidered floral pattern. Long sleeves, two hip pockets and a long tie. Fully lined in white. This belonged to a woman named Helen and she first wore it to bring her newborn baby home from the hospital. Probably a medium size but a really easy fit that could work well for a wide variety of sizes. Label reads: None
Excellent vintage condition. The only real issues to note are some smudges, most round round the neckline but there are a few elsewhere as well, and what appears to be a watermark at about bust level that is mostly on the inside but can be seen in a few spots on the exterior as well.
Measurements taken laid flat: Doubled at bust, and waist.
Because this is an open front, measurements are easy fitting.
Shoulder to shoulder: 15.5"
Bust: 19.5' I measured this from armpit to armpit across the back. Its NOT doubled as per my usual. This is just to give you an idea, but its obviously a flexible fit.
Waist: free
Shoulder to bottom hem: 50"
