Vintage 1940s Turban Hat in Black Wool With Rhinestone Brooch

Fantastic 1940s 1950s black wool turban style hat. Lined inside with faille. It features a large rhinestone brooch. It is wired so you can shape it how you like.
Label reads: Original Design by Madcaps NY. And has a size label of 22.

Excellent vintage condition. I did pot one pinhole see photo.
