Incredibly charming vintage dress circa the later 50s or early 60s. Orange flloral print chiffon over an opaque lining.  Sleeveless with oodles and oodles of pleats in both bodice and skirt. V neck in back, higher scoop in front.  Medium size, I'd say. Metal zipper up the back.
Label reads: none. But there is a Union Made label.
Excellent vintage condition.  There is some wear and small holes on the inside lining, not seen when worn of course. I did spot a quarter inch bit of loose chiffon along a seam. An easy fix I'd think. 
Measurements when lying flat:
Armpit to armpit across bust: 36"
Waist: 27.5"
Hips: free
Shoulder to waist: 15.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 36"
