Vintage 1950s 1960s White Tulle and Nylon Crinoline

Winter white petticoat circa 1950s or 1960s. Stiff tulle with a layer both under and on top of the tulle in what feels like a nylon to me. What I like about this in particular is that there is no scratching on your legs from the tulle nor does it get caught on your dress or skirt. Has a hook and eye at the waist. No label.

Excellent vintage condition. There are a few loose stitches at the bottom of the waist opening, but thats really all worth mentioning.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 29" as is. One could shift the hook and eye a bit and get anther half inch or so looser and quite a bit tighter.
Hip: free
Waist to bottom hem: 25.5"
