Vintage 1950s Blue And White Polkadot Cotton Baby Girl's Frock

Darling cotton baby girl's dress in white with blue polkadots. Has the sweetest white eyelet lace flutter embellishments are both shoulders. Lots of sweet buttons up the front.  No label. 
Excellent vintage condition.  The only thing to note is it is missing one button..
Measurements: doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 27"
Waist: 27'
Hips: Free
Shoulder to bottom hem: 17"
