Vintage 1950s Book, "The Short Novels of John Steinbeck"

Vintage book, "The Short Novels of John Steinbeck" published in 1953 by Viking Press. It includes Tortilla Flat, The Red Pony, Of Mice and Men, The Moon is Down, Cannery Row and The Pearl. It measures about 8.5" by 5.5" and is 407 pages. Brown cloth bound with black text and graphics. There is a note to a previous owner in the front.
Excellent vintage condition. Typical wear due to age, such as small dings to the cover etc, and the pages are yellowed but intact and clean.
