Stunning icey blue brocade party dress from the 1950s. Absolutely gorgeous and interesting neckline, slight bullet shape to the bodice. Elbow length sleeves. Very full skirt but just under being a full circle. Unlined, metal zipper down the back. No label. I'd say a smallish to medium sized. This dress just makes me think of An American in Paris at the Holidays. Sigh....
Excellent vintage condition. The only thing worth noting is some watermarks at the skirt hem. I've shown a photo of one of these. It looks like perhaps it drug or someone sat somewhere and it dipped into some moisture. Luckily they are very faint, mostly blend into the swirly pattern of the brocade anyway and are hidden quite a lot in the folds of the skirt.
Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist

Natural Waist: 25"
Shoulder to natural waist: 14.5"
