Gorgeous little vintage sweater from about the 1950s or 60s. Soft warm beige with darker brown embroidered flower clusters. Pearlized buttons up the front. 3/4 sleeved cardigan style. Medium size, I'd say. Label reads: Cashmora Imported by Elliot, Full Fashioned, 30% angora rabit, 70% lambswool. Two other tiny tags say Japan on one and 40 on the other which I assume is a size, but do see measurements below. Probably my favorite sweater currently in the shop!
Excellent vintage condition. The only real thing to note is a pinhead sized mark on the placket, too pale to photograph well, but you can kinda see it if you look very closely. Otherwise maybe some mild pilling if I'm being very picky.
Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist. This is a knit so there is quite a bit of give to these measurements. Armpit to armpit across bust: 42" up to 54" Waist: 30" up to 40" Shoulder to bottom hem: 21.5"
Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items. I do my best to list any issues, but signs of wear should be expected. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I'm truly happy to help in any way possible and I'm always up for a chat. Any accessories shown, including crinolines, are for display only, not included unless otherwise stated.
