Vintage 1950s Dictionary of Foods Booklet

Cute pamphlet released by Good Housekeeping in 1956, "The Dictionary of Foods". There are over 900 words and phrases in here. Its just the perfect little ephemera compliment to any chef's kitchen! What a great gift idea for a cook!
It measures about 4" x 5.75" and is a paperback. Generally its still in great vintage condition. There are typical signs of age to the cover, such as smudges and stains and wear, as befitting a book used in a kitchen. The actual recipe pages seem to be still very much intact though slightly yellowed with age and perhaps a it looser than they used to be.
