Vintage 1950s White Ruffled Blouse

Charming white blouse from the 1950s. Short puffy sleeves, a very cute embroidered collar trimmed in lace. There are small details at either collarbone with the same lace and striped stitching and little buttons. No label. I'd say probably large to a smaller extra large. Feels like a cotton blend perhaps?
Excellent to great vintage condition. There are a couple things to note. The most obvious is a small pinhead sized hole in the front. Perhaps a tiny flower patch or something? There is a small amount of yellowing inside the collar. Also, not all the buttons are exactly the same but they're very close. And lastly one side of the collarbone trim has two buttons, the other side one of the two has broken. I think what I would do is remove one from the other side so they match, but I'll leave that to your preference.
