Vintage 1960s 1970s Black Paisley Print Maxi Skirt with Belt

Gorgeous vintage maxi skirt circa the 1960s or 1970s. Looks and feels like a black barkcloth with a bright pink based floral paisley print. Has a wide matching tie belt and elastic waist. Label reads: none. I'd say it's about a medium but do see measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. Near mint.

Measurements when lying flat and pulled taut. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 25" at rest up to about 42" stretched
Hip: 50"
Waist to bottom hem: 39"
