Vintage 1960s Blue with Yellow Polka Dots Dress

Darling vintage 1960s dress in robins egg blue with yellow polka dots. Has a matching belt! Sleeveless, metal zipper up the back. I'd say in the smaller to medium size range but do see measurements below. No label. Looks and feels like cotton to me

Excellent vintage condition. Has one pinhead sized hole on the skirt and I did spot some faint pindot marks near one shoulder.

Measurements taken with dress laid flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 36"
Waist: 32"
Belt has no holes but measures 30.5" from end to where the buckle connects
Hips: free to about 40"
Shoulder to waist: approx 14.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 35"
