Vintage 1960s Doll Clothes, Polkadot Dress, White Pajamas, Red Pants

Darling little set of Vintage doll clothes. There is a red and white polkadot dress, a set pf white cotton pajamas or chemise/bloomer type wear, and a pair of red pants. The dress and PJs seem to be a little older, probably about 1960s. The pants maybe 70s. There is pretty lace trim on the PJ top and snaps at the shoulder. The dress has tiny ric rac trim down the bodice and a Peter Pan collar. It is missing closures at the front. The pants are in near mint condition. The dress does have about an inch square chink cut out of the front. Hem it perhaps to make it disappear. The Pjs have some ageing, but otherwise excellent. Measurements are:
Pants: 10" waist, 12" hip, 8.5" length
Dress: 10" bust, 7" waist, 10" length
PJs: Top 9" bust, 8.5" waist, 7.25" length. Bottoms 9" waist, 10.5" hip, 5.5" length
