Vintage 1960s Dress with Belt in Blue Green and Lavender

Incredibly charming vintage dress from the 1960s. Green and blue and lavender print on white. Has a sweet bertha collar and belt. Metal zipper on the back. Label reads: none. Has belt loops too. Large size I'd day but do see measurements below. Looks and feels like a rayon or similar. Please see photos and condition below as she has some issues.

Good to fair vintage condition. There are holes at the bottom hem. Would be hidden if one rehemmed it an inch or so. There is a threadbare hole on the right shoulder and a inch sized hole on the collar. The largest issue is the left sleeve. It has a significant tear and some threadbare wear. She is priced accordingly and as is.

Measurements when lying flat:
Armpit to armpit across bust: 42"
Waist: 30"
Hips: free
Shoulder to waist: approx 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 42"
Belt: 30" to 32" depending on how you close it.
