Vintage 1960s Pale Blue Mini Dress with Ivory Lace Jabot Collar and Cuffs

Charming vintage mini ( very) dress from the 1960s. Pale ice blue with incredible lace jabot type collar and matching lace cuffs. No label but there is a Union made tag. I'd say small to medium sized, but do see measurements. Zipper up the back.U
Great to good vintage condition. The fabric of this is some sort of synthetic with some sort of finish on it that appears to be wearing off in several areas. See photos for an idea of what I mean. That said, the fabric itself is fine and its wearable, ust becoming somewhat sheer. Priced accordingly and as is.

Measurements when lying flat: Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 39"
Waist: about 33"
Hips: 41"
Shoulder to waist: 14.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 28"
