Vintage 1960s Pink Quilted Bed Jacket by Vanity Fair

Darling vintage 1960s bed jacket in quilted pink with white lace ruffles by Vanity Fair. Elbow length sleeves with the same ruffles at the cuffs. Snaps in front with a large decorative button as well. The label says medium but its an easy fit so do see the measurements below. Label reads: Vanity Fair and lets us know its all Nylon.

Near mint vintage condition on the outside. Inside there are a coupe smudges that seem like sticker residue to me, see photo.

Measurements taken with dress laid flat: Doubled at bust, and waist.
Shoulder to shoulder: 18"
Armpit to armpit across bust: 45"
Waist: open
Shoulder to bottom hem: 17.5"
