Vintage 1960s R&K Original Gold Dress

Striking gold dress from the 1960s with matching tie belt. Is this lurex? Someone fill me in here because I think it is but I dont want too swear to it. Sleeveless, slit in the back of the skirt, boat neck. Larger Medium size I'd say. Metal zipper up the back.
Label reads: R&K Originals.
Excellent vintage condition. The only thing worth noting is some smudges on the back of the skirt, see photo.
Measurements when lying flat:
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 42"
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 43.5"

Shoulder to shoulder:16.25"
