Vintage 1960s Red Nylon Babydoll Peignoir

Pretty peignoir robe in cherry red from the 1960s. Sheer filmy nylon with a pretty lace collar and short but big puffed sleeves rimmed in more lace. No designer label but there is a contents/size tag. Size says Medium but ist so open that I'm sure it'd be fine for a wide variety of sizes. 100% nylon.

Measurements taken with dress laid flat:
There really is no way to get measurements on this because of mostly open front and the sheer volume ( and stretchiness) of fabric. As such I'm suggesting it is one size fits most. Here are a few solid measurements from places I could get them to help give you an idea if you are either very tiny or very plus sized.
Armpit to armpit across bust all the way round: about 58"
Armpit to shoulder: 11"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 36"
