Vintage 1960s Rudi Gernreich Bloomingdales Yellow Dress

Charming 1960s designer dress in a sunny yellow wool with a waistband of gorgeous green jacquard ribbon. It has pockets too!!! Empire waist with a fit and flare shape. Long sleeves, nylon zipper up the back. Label reads: There's two. The one says Sutton Place Bloomingdales. The other reads Rudi Gernreich, Harmon Knitwear. 100% Wool. Medium to large size I'd say.

Good to fair vintage condition. There is some faint grayish discoloration in some areas, hard to photograph but I did include one, and then there are unfortunate moth holes scattered all over. There's still an awful lot to love here and the fact that it's a Gernreich and the ribbon alone is worth it. Priced accordingly and as is.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 35" up to 42"
Waist (at ribbon): 32"
Hips: approx 46"
Shoulder to ribbon waist: approx. 12.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 38 "
