Vintage 1960s Volup Size Dress with Belt in Blue with Floral Embroidery

Darling vintage 1960s mod dress in a robins egg blue with an embroidered floral pattern. Bertha collar with a cute bow detail, short sleeves, zipper up the back. Unlined. No label. Definitely a volup size but do see measurements below. Looks and feels like a lightweight textured woven poly or similar.

Excellent vintage condition. There is a faint smudge on the front, see photos and there are signs that there were darts that were removed at some point and some seams were let out, and I spotted one small repair at the top of one of these.

Measurements taken with dress laid flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44"
Waist: 42"
Belt Holes: from 35" to 38.5"
Hips: 45"
Shoulder to waist: approx 15.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 40"
