Vintage 1960s White Nurse's Uniform

Wonderful white nurse's uniform from the 1960s. Two larger hip pockets and metal zipper up the back. Short sleeves, and decorative buttons at the neck. Nylon. . It is semi sheer so a slip would be advisable. Label is somewhat covered but what I can read says White Angel Uniforms.

Excellent vintage condition. One or two minor smudges and some loose threads at the neckline.

Measurements when lying flat, double at bust waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 42"
Waist: 34"
Hips: 48"
Shoulder to waist: approx 14"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 40"
