Vintage 1970s 1980s Plaid Blouse

Darling vintage 1970s maybe 1980s blouse in a red and blue plaid tartan. Buttons at the top and the sleeves tie up with sweet ties.Looks and feels like some sort of cotton blend. Label reads: Top This. Medium size I'd say. It has little thread loops for a belt but they're small so I expect it was a tie similar to the sleeve ones. Looks just as cute loose as is.
Excellent vintage condition. Near mint.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist
Armpit to armpit across bust: 43"
Waist: 42"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 22" a bit longer front and back
