Vintage 1970s Faux Suede Dress with Pockets and Belt

Charming vintage faux suede / ultrasuede 1970s dress in chocolate brown color. Has hip pockets, a tie belt, a sweet collar and buttons up the front. Label reads: none. 100% poly. Two side slits on either side. Probably a large to extra large size but do see measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
This has some stretch to it, measurements are un-stretched.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 38" but can be belted tighter
Hips: 44"
Shoulder to waist: approx. 14.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 40.5"
