Vintage 1970s Green Dress with Belt and Flutter Sleeves

Romantic vintage dress from the 1970s. Rich emerald green. Tie belt, fluttery gathered sleeves with ties at the shoulders and a deep V neck. A flowy chiffon type, probably a nylon or poly. Semi sheer, best with a slip or underlayer. Easy fit, probably best for a small to smaller medium. No label but you can see where one was cut away at some point. Zipper up the back.

Excellent, near mint, vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: Free fitting and hard to measure due to open underarms.
Waist: 26"
Hips: free
Shoulder to waist: 16.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 46"
