Vintage 1980s 1990s Clio Black Ruffle Neck Witchy Blouse

Pretty vintage black witchy style sheer peasant blouse from about the 1990s, maybe late 1980s. Has a ruffled collar, flowing loose sleeves that end in a ruffle cuff and a little keyhole closure at the neckline. Label reads: Clio, 100% poly and gives a size of medium but do see the measurements below.
Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 38"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 22" at the side, its a little longer in front.
