Vintage 1980s 1990s White and Purple Mandala Type Blouse

Sweet vintage 1980s or 1990s button up blouse. Semi hidden buttons with a print of mandala like medallions on winter white. Long cuffed sleeves and a small pointed collar. Label reads: Haberdashery Collection by Personal Petites. 100% polyester. Says a size 8 but do check the measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. There is a pinhead sized little mark on the back, see photos.

Measurements when lying flat and pulled taut. Doubled at bust and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 38"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 22"
