Vintage 1980s Black Floral Print Short Sleeve Shirt with Shoulder Pads

Pretty vintage black floral print blouse from about the 1980s. Has a pointed collar, shoulder pads and short sleeves. Label reads: Ultimate, 100% rayon. The rest is too faded to be readable. Probably about a medium to large but do see measurements below.
Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 43"
Waist: 41"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 20" at the side, its a little longer front and back.
